Perhaps my favorite part of working with founders is noticing what shows up when creating the business. Noticing how every insecurity,  every belief,  every wound, and every gift rises to the surface.

You meet yourself through it.

A business is a living artwork — one made of people, systems, relationships, and emotion. You’re sculpting form out of chaos. And, the leap from imagination into reality, never ever ceases to amaze me.
